Conference + festivals + vacation??

NARHC attendees should plan to extend their time and take the short trip to Banff after we wrap up the conference. Banff National Park is Canada’s 1st National Park, the world’s 3rd, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and comprises 1,000 miles of hiking trails through the Rocky Mountains.

How awesome is that?!

We also have impeccable timing…or good luck! Fiestaval (Festival Latino) and the Afro Caribbean Food Festival are both happening in Calgary during NARHC. What a great way to spend the evening after networking and learning with your colleagues.

Land acknowledgement

In spirit of reconciliation, the NARHC acknowledges that we will be hosting the conference on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot confederacy (Siksika,Kainai, Piikani) the Tsuut’ina, the lyaxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nations (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta.
