*5/24/2023 update: Thanks for your support! Both of our hotel blocks are now full. Expedia.com has a list of hotels in Calgary you can try. Marriott also does have space – but at the regular rate.

We have negotiated a special rate at two hotels adjacent to the Convention Centre. Also, by booking through the conference hotel you’re helping to support NARHC. More information about the two options is below along with the booking links. Don’t wait too long to book! Historically our hotel block goes quickly.

5/24/2023 update: our hotel block at the Hyatt is now full.

The Hyatt has large rooms, a pool with breathtaking views, and a spa. The hotel is attached to the TELUS Convention Centre and most of our breakout rooms will be in the hotel itself. You can’t really tell when you are leaving the Convention Centre and entering the Hyatt because they are so intimately connected.

*5/24/2023 update: our Marriott conference block is now booked. Marriott does still have rooms available, but at the regular rate.

The Calgary Marriott Downtown is across the street from the Convention Centre with a walkway so you don’t have to go outside.  The hotel has redesigned accommodations with three on-site food and beverage outlets and a fitness centre.
