YES!!! We’re thrilled to announce that NARHC is moving westwards for 2023!

Not only is Calgary and the province of Alberta amongst the leaders of refugee health and resettlement in Canada, but Calgary is also a cool city. Home to the Calgary Stampede and for you hockey fans the Calgary Flames. Calgarians represent 240+ nationalities, speak 120+ first languages, and are one of the Canadian cities leading the way in welcoming refugees.

Next year’s NARHC attendees should plan to extend their time and take the short trip to Banff after we wrap up the conference. Banff National Park is Canada’s 1st National Park, the world’s 3rd, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and comprises 1,000 miles of hiking trails through the Rocky Mountains. How awesome is that?!
